The 57-year-old man from Queensland revealed he was tracked down by an American woman, who claimed she was the illegitimate child of the late Prince Philip, and attempted to get a DNA sample from the man. The 57-year-old and his wife Elvianna were immediately skeptical of the woman, who said she used a private investigator to track him down. “This woman claimed that she was the secret illegitimate daughter of Prince Philip who lived in San Francisco,” Dorante-Day said. “She explained that she had travelled from the US after hiring an investigator to track me down in Queensland. The whole purpose of her visit was to ask me for a sample of my DNA." “She wanted to compare it to hers, to basically prove that we were both related to the royal family.” After humouring the woman and letting her share her evidence along with her elaborate story, Simon concluded that the whole thing was a scam, along with an illegal attempt to extract his DNA. “This woman had a lot of so-called proof to back up her claims, but the whole thing just seemed really fishy,” he said. He recalled how the woman shared her own adoption story, which resulted in her turning to the FBI for help, who allegedly handed her her original birth certificate, which listed Prince Philip as her father. “Of course my bulls*** meter is flying off the handle at this point. I know how hard it is to get any government authority to address these sorts of issues — I hardly think the Federal Bereau of Investigation would just offer up the fact that she was the daughter of the Queen’s late husband," Simon said. “It was all just wild.” The Queensland father and grandfather said it wasn’t long until the woman gave away her real reason for wanting his DNA: money. “She said that she’s already been given a large payout from the royal family after she proved she was the daughter of Prince Philip,” he said. “And she felt that if she was able to compare my DNA to her DNA, and prove we were both descendants of the royal family, then we could ask them for even more money." “Elvianna and I told her what we’ve said to everyone from day one — this isn’t about money for us, at all. This is about us finding out who my birth parents are and protecting my family. Now, Simon's sister Amanda has spoken out about her adoptive brother's claims and how they devastated their family. Simon Dorante-Day is adamant that he is the son of the newly crowned King Charles III and Camilla and is even willing to contest the paternity claim in court. The 56-year-old says he has been approached by leading documentary makers from the US and UK to share his story. Simon Dorante-Day has regularly made headlines around the world after coming out and claiming that he was King Charles III and Camilla’s secret son. The 56-year-old now says he is willing to take the new King to court and prove once and for all that he is their son. He revealed that he has been in discussions with a judge and his barrister about whether or not Charles is above the law. “And the answer to that was no - they told me that we don’t see any reason why he is,” Mr Dorante-Day told <a href="https://7news.com.au/lifestyle/queensland-man-who-claims-to-be-charles-and-camillas-son-drops-dna-bombshell-after-queens-death-c-8211844" target="_blank" rel="noopener">7News</a>. “And secondly, Camilla and her family are certainly not above the law. So that argument’s already been had and settled. “A lot of people were concerned that when Charles rose to be monarch that it would damage my case. But it’s not going to make any difference legally, it’s still pressing ahead the same way.” Mr Dorante-Day was advised by the Family Court that if he were to come back with evidence “nice and neatly stamped” then the King and Camilla would have to take action. “…then there’s no reason to deny an application for a DNA test.” He confessed that before the Queen’s passing on September 8, he sent her a letter asking her to convince Charles to do the right thing. However, her death put a stop to his plan of getting the late Queen Elizabeth II involved but he said that that brought up some anger. “Her death brought up some different emotions, some anger. Because she’s been across all this and she’s been aware of all this, knows that it’s been going on. And she let that happen. “However, by that same token, now I’m looking to the future and I’m thinking - ‘Well I’m not dealing with her any more, I’m dealing with him.’ So there’s that element of it too.” Despite all the hurdles, Mr Dorante-Day said he won’t back down and knows the truth and will one day get his answer. “They owe me - as a ward of the state, as an adopted child - the truth about what happened and that primarily is the driving factor. The 27-year-old UK pop star attended the nuptials of French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus and his long-term partner Marco Maestri in Charleval, France on August 27. Simon gave the singer permission to wear the white see-through dress that had beautiful flower detailing, a thigh-high slit, matching underwear and capped sleeves dress because it was part of his autumn/winter collection. Other than the fact that it was a gay wedding which obviously meant there was no bride there to be wearing white. Dua first shot to fame following the successful release of her self titled 2017 album Dua Lipa and has since headlined multiple shows around the world. Simon Baker discusses his "difficult" relationship with his father

Simon Baker has shared emotional family secrets and details of the strained relationship with his father on the SBS hit series Who Do You Think You Are? The Aussie actor agreed to do the show after being approached for many years, “despite my mum, sister and kids saying ‘you should do it’.” Eventually he decided to take part in the show, saying “I thought, I’ll just see what kind of adventure it is and where it will all take me.” He discussed the early days of his life after he was born in Launceston in 1969 to his father Barry Baker and mother Elizabeth. “And soon after, my parents moved to the highlands of New Guinea, with two kids, to a remote area,” he says. In the show he summarises the family’s brief time there, saying “They went on this incredible adventure – and they didn’t come back together.” He explains how his young mother went on to remarry, but his father remained in his life under a different persona. “I didn’t know he was my dad. He was a family friend, Uncle Barry. I’ve struggled with that.” A reunion between the two finally took place when Baker was 18 years old, but in the meantime, the family moved to the northern NSW beach community of Lennox Head. “It was a small community and back then it was an idyllic place to live,” Baker says. “I felt a really strong sense of belonging in that place and still do. It was a phenomenal childhood in that regard – but the personal family life was difficult.” Before he appeared on Who Do You Think You Are?, Baker “looked back at my immediate family as this sort of mess,” he says. “But the truth is, families have many different forms and I think if you can look at your own past and the past of your ancestors with compassion, you can carry that forward with you with a little bit more wisdom.” He admitted that revealing the story of his parents was "challenging", and likened his difficult childhood to why he became an actor. “I’m pretty shy … But there is a kind of psychological reason in why I became an actor. The initial desire when I was young was about connecting with people, the idea of seeing someone in a story on a screen that you could identify with, and it could help you understand feelings inside you that you didn’t necessarily know how to articulate. Man moves into office cubicle in protest

A man who moved into his cubicle at work to protest his employer not paying him enough … has been fired. Simon Jackson shared a video to <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@calm.simon/video/7072608177031859502?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1&lang=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TikTok</a> showing himself “moving into” his work cubicle. “Check out my new appt [apartment]”, he captioned the video which has since amassed 14 million views. The video shows Mr Jackson unpacking his belongings from multiple suitcases in the design and engineering consultancy firm Arcadis office. “I’m moving from my apartment into my cubicle at work,” Mr Jackson could be heard saying. “They do not pay me enough to do both, so as a matter of protest, I am just going to live at my job, and we’ll see how long I can get away with this.” Mr Jackson confessed that he had to move out of his apartment because his lease was ending and the rent was going up. While waiting for approval for apartments to apply for, Mr Jackson made the decision to move into the downtown office. “When I found my company had an empty office downtown, this was the perfect solution as it was close to all of the venues I frequent and it would be free,” he said. He also explained that the reason he “walks around shirtless” is because most of the employees are working from home due to Covid. Four days later, he was “evicted” in what Mr Jackson says “happened way sooner than I thought”. He recorded himself packing his bags and then with the help of security was escorted out of the building. “This won’t be the last you’ll see of me,” he said. Mr Jackson was fired from his job with HR requesting he remove all TikTok videos documenting his adventure. “I wish they approached the TikToks differently and maybe had a conversation with me about whether there was something more serious going on in terms of money,” he said. “But do I understand their response? 100 per cent.” The videos remain on his channel, with Mr Jackson hoping to work on his romper brand before deciding whether or not he should go back to corporate. Aussie actor Simon Baker has had an awkward experience while being interviewed on Today Extra. The 52-year-old was asked by co-hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys whether he’d ever watched the 2006 Oscar-nominated movie The Devil Wears Prada, which he played a starring role in. “I need you to set the record straight on this, that you have never watched the film,” Jeffreys <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.news.com.au/entertainment/tv/morning-shows/simon-bakers-awkward-response-to-devil-wears-prada-question-on-today-extra/news-story/36e09e349ac0aa88802a6c2ba3fac991" target="_blank">began</a>. After a long pause while looking away from the camera, Baker said, “No I haven’t. That’s true.” Without elaborating on his answer, a stunned Jeffreys responded, “Oh, it’s a cracker. You should definitely change that.” Again looking off camera, Baker added, “I’ve heard. It’s clearly been … quite successful.” When Jeffreys asked The Mentalist star why he hadn’t seen the film since it premiered 15 years ago, Baker simply said, “I haven’t gotten around to it.” The hosts burst into fits of laughter, and Jeffreys joked, “We’ve been under lockdown orders! There’s been nothing else to do.” Baker gave a longer explanation, saying, “Oh look I don’t know, you’ve got to get a bit of distance from films sometimes.” Since its release, The Devil Wears Prada has gained popularity among viewers and been labelled as a film that’s stood the test of time. In 2016, the film’s legacy was described by <a rel="noopener" href="https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2016/07/july-4-weekend-box-office-flops-and-surprises" target="_blank">Vanity Fair</a> as more pervasive than other more profitable films such as Superman Returns, which beat it at the box office on its opening weekend. “The degree to which The Devil Wears Prada has penetrated pop culture needs no explanation - as does the degree to which Superman Returns didn’t,” the publication wrote. Paul Simon celebrates 80th birthday with new project

On his 80th birthday, Paul Simon has announced his latest project, which comes in the form of an audiobook. <a href="https://variety.com/2021/digital/news/paul-simon-new-music-audiobook-malcolm-gladwell-1235087435/">Variety reports</a> that the five-hour audiobook titled Miracle and Wonder: Conversations With Paul Simon, will be available on November 16th. The audiobook is named after a line in his track The Boy in the Bubble, and features a new song called Seven Psalms: his first release since 2018. It also features unreleased live versions of his classic songs including The Boxer and The Sound of Silence. Collaborating with Bruce Headlam and Malcolm Gladwell for Miracle and Wonder, Paul recorded over 30 hours of interviews over nine sessions for the audiobook. The autobiographical project documents Paul Simon’s upbringing in New York, the genesis of Simon and Garfunkel and the start of his solo career. The audiobook also features several cameos, including Sting, Jeff Tweedy, Herbie Hancock, Rosanne Cash, and more to chat about their experiences in the music industry together. “Over my career, I must have given hundreds of interviews on various projects, but speaking and collaborating with Malcolm on this was especially enjoyable,” Simon said in a statement. New evidence Prince Charles KNEW about Simon Dorante-Day

Simon Dorante-Day, the Queensland man claiming to be the secret son of Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla, has shared new explosive evidence. Mr Dorante-Day has made global headlines after going public with his case and continues to share new evidence. “My grandmother, who had worked for the Queen, told me outright that I was Camilla and Charles’ son many times,” he told 7NEWS.com.au. The 55-year-old revealed his latest evidence, an email from Detective Inspector Dave Smith of the UK Metropolitan Police’s Royalty and Specialist Protection unit which could be crucial in assisting in his case. The inner letter addressed to the Prince I took by hand, unopened to the Princes’ correspondence team. “I hope this is suitable.” Mr Dorante-Day believes the email confirms that Prince Charles and Camilla are aware of his claims, despite refusing to publicly comment. “Making “No Comment” doesn’t make the issue go away, nor does it negate their responsibility for what we are enduring,” Mr Dorante-Day said. He said he released the email to show the effort he made to solve the matter privately before going public with his claims. “The depth to which I had already acted before this issue broke the media, or was even on Facebook or the TV, is just not clearly understood,” he said. “This evidence is from July 2015 when my letter was handed to Prince Charles’ private secretary by D.I. New “striking” evidence in Dorante-Day claims

Simon Dorante-Day, the Queensland grandfather who believes he is the son of Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, has shared a new, “striking” piece of evidence for his claim. He has released a new photo comparing the 55-year-old’s son against two images of The Queen, causing a stir on social media. With the image of Liam Dorante-Day in the centre, it can be compared against a photo of her majesty in her earlier years on one side and a more recent image of her on the other. “The similarities are hard to deny, that’s for sure,” Mr Dorante-Day told 7NEWS.com.au. “The teeth, the smile, all of it. Compelling new baby bump pic in saga of Charles and Camilla's “secret son”

Simon Dorante-Day, the Queensland man who believes he is Prince Charles and Camilla’s “secret son'' has come forward with a new “baby bump” photo he argues is a key piece of evidence for his claim. Since going public with his claims, Dorante-Day has attracted attention from around the world. “My grandmother, who had worked for the Queen, told me outright that I was Camilla and Charles’ son many times,” he told 7NEWS.com.au. He has claimed that Camilla disappeared from the English social scene for at least nine months after first becoming close with Charles in 1965 several months prior. “I have been unable to find any photos of Camilla from the last months of 1965 or the beginning of 1966, when she would’ve been heavily pregnant with me.” The photo of Camilla at a film preview at a theatre in London when she was 18 - taken six days after Dorante-Day was born - has caused a stir amongst his fans. “This is the first time Camilla was photographed in months,” Dorante-Day said. Many of his supporters believe the photo shows Camillia having a “post baby bump” that most mothers experience in the weeks after giving birth. “Absolutely covering up post baby bump,” one said on Facebook. “Camilla was always so slim, this little bump was most certainly out of the ordinary,” another added. “Very significant photo in my eyes,” a third wrote. Dorante-Day believes the photo acts as even more evidence to back his case. “I think it’s very telling that Camilla was out of the social scene for so many months in the lead-up to my birth,” he said. “And then the first photo of her in so long, she has a slight bump. “But this is just another piece in a very big jigsaw puzzle which is coming together for me. “As I have always said, there isn’t just one clue or one piece of proof. “There are a lot of evidence and when it’s all put together, it makes for a compelling argument.” He said he’s desperate for the truth to finally be revealed. “I want a DNA test and I’m working with the courts to get one.
